General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legally capable partnership, acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, we hereby oppose their validity; they become part of the contract only if we explicitly agree to them.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with WiCa Handelsgesellschaft mbH.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without any obligation, and you can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
Available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You will find detailed information about potential shipping costs with the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
• Prepayment: If you choose prepayment, we will send you our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after the payment is received.
• Credit Card: During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
• SEPA Direct Debit: By placing the order, you authorize us to initiate a SEPA direct debit. We will inform you of the account charge at least one business day in advance (the so-called prenotification). A business day is any weekday except Saturdays, public holidays, and December 24 and 31. The account charge occurs after the goods are shipped.
• PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay via PayPal, you need to be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after placing the order.
• PayPal: In cooperation with PayPal, we offer the following options as part of PayPal services: PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, Direct Debit via PayPal, Sofort by Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, giropay / paydirekt
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal, as described in the withdrawal instruction. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. For entrepreneurs: We retain title to the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship are paid in full.
8. Transport Damage
For entrepreneurs: The risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you as soon as we deliver the goods to the carrier or any other person designated for shipment.
9. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply.
9.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable guarantees and their specific terms can be found for each product and on special information pages in the online store.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in case of injury to life, body, or health, in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, or in. case of a guarantee promise, of agreed, or where the Product Liability Act applies.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. Consumers can use this platform to settle their disputes.
12. Final Provisions
For entrepreneurs, German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
